This new 4,000-square-foot custom two-story house and 690-square-foot guesthouse located on the hills over looking the ocean in Malibu incorporates passive and active solar design. The design incorporated two wings at various angles to take advantage of the 270 degree view of the Santa Monica Mountains, the Malibu pier and the ocean.
