  We are on the approved list for the UC system, Cal State system, Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), and Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) among others. We are a member of the California Charter School Association and we are on their Preferred Vendor List. We are approved for both jobs below $5 million and above $5 million and we are on an approved design-build team for $5-10 million for LACCD. We have worked with the LACCD on seven of their campuses including Mission College, West Los Angeles College, and the Simi School District. We provided services on a project for UCLA Stunt-Ranch and we are currently working on a project for California State University Northridge. We are currently working on over 130 school sites for LAUSD, two projects for Academia Avance Public Charter School, and Los Encinos Private School.

  We have worked on Religious/Institutional projects from new construction, additions, and to their master plans. We have worked on 25 Religious/Institutional projects ranging in cost from $200,000 to $6 million. Some of the projects we have worked on in the past include Shepherd of the Hills, Temple Beth Haverim, and Mok Yang Presbyterian Church. Our projects include congregational halls; all support spaces, youth centers, book stores, offices, kitchen and dinning facilities, educational centers, and other site development issues. Our completed past work also includes Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, and we have been hired by them again to provide services on a new project involving the design of a new sanctuary.
