Can I get more pictures of JHAI's projects?

We are always willing to give out additional pictures as requested. You can ask for pictures of a general type of project or of specific types of rooms and/or styles. If you're thinking about doing some construction, a great first step is always to see what possibilities are out there; our experience can help you visualize the dream.

How long does it take to complete a project?

Project length can vary widely depending on the type and size of a project as well as if the project will need permits to complete. Small residential projects may take only a few months or less to complete, where as large commercial buildings can take well over a year or more. Lucky for you, JHAI has worked at both ends of the spectrum and everywhere in-between. We have experience on projects that are small enough to need only a design consultation and then construction begins, to projects that need formal expediting for entitlement approvals and the entire permitting process. Along with our extensive knowledge of how these permitting processes work, we are often able to minimize the time needed to achieve permit ready plans.
