How long does it take to complete a project?

E-mail Print PDF
Project length can vary widely depending on the type and size of a project as well as if the project will need permits to complete. Small residential projects may take only a few months or less to complete, where as large commercial buildings can take well over a year or more. Lucky for you, JHAI has worked at both ends of the spectrum and everywhere in-between. We have experience on projects that are small enough to need only a design consultation and then construction begins, to projects that need formal expediting for entitlement approvals and the entire permitting process. Along with our extensive knowledge of how these permitting processes work, we are often able to minimize the time needed to achieve permit ready plans.

What does JHAI do to keep up to speed on issues and codes?

E-mail Print PDF
JHAI and its architect's are reading, learning and taking seminars constantly to know ahead of time what issues of any kind can help support our architectural dreams while providing our clients a wider view on design and project management. This anticipation is key to smoother project delivery. We provide weekly in-house debriefings on the new information learned within our office so the entire staff keeps up to date on new developments. Jim Heimler extends this concept of continuous education to the community by guest speaking and giving interviews on different architectural issues. By choosing JHAI to help you to achieve your goalsyou will see the difference in our approach to architectural services.
