EXPERIENCE
Mr. LeVine has thirty-eight (38) years of experience in the management and preparations of design and construction documents for institutional, commercial, governmental, industrial, and residential buildings. Institutional projects have included LAUSD modernization projects, LACCD remodels, CSUN remodels, public and private charter schools, and churches and synagogues. Commercial projects have included office buildings, office, medical and retail tenant improvements, corporate headquarters, custom and fast food restaurants, hotels, shopping centers, and parking facilities. Governmental projects have included post office remodel, police facility remodel, jail kitchen remodel and remodel work at Port Hueneme and Point Mugu Naval Bases. Industrial projects have included new tilt up industrial complexes, and office and manufacturing tenant improvements. Residential projects have included new, additions and remodels to single-family residences, apartment complexes, mixed-use buildings, and condominiums.

Functions: Manage project information, communication and decisions; and coordinate with client, consultants and public agencies. Plan, organize and prepare design and construction drawings, and specifications. Prepare project budgets and schedules. Review projects for constructability, conformance with client's requirements, governmental regulation, and standards of firm. Process projects through public agencies. Assist clients in bidding process. Coordinate and assist in construction administration including site meetings, shop drawing review, and responses to contractor's requests for information.
He has managed projects of various sizes and complexities. His management included verifying the existing conditions at project sites, researching and analyzing the site and existing construction histories, verifying government restrictions, and the schematic phase through construction administration. Projects have included new construction, additions, remodels, rehabilitation's and tenant improvements, government notices to comply, and historic buildings.
Mr. LeVine worked on various projects for LAUSD including managing the modernization services and building and site upgrades for accessibility compliance at Belmont High School, Reseda High School auditorium upgrades, and Canoga Park High School classroom remodel to create a state-of-the-art media learning Center. Mr. LeVine has provided expediting and site planning services for clients of "Sprung Instant Structures" which are pre-fabricated membrane structures. He has also worked with Track Mortgage to design automated parking structures for their residential multifamily buildings, and The Kor Group on tenant improvements and reworking their existing parking designs on their mixed-use buildings to increase their existing parking count. Mr. Levine's work mostly involves complete construction documents, including site plans whether new, remodeled or modified.
