AIA SFV Accessibility Meeting

James Heimler and two of our lead Architect's are planning to attend an AIA Meeting at the San Fernando Valley Chapter in February 2009. This meeting is planned to teach about new building code accessibility and it's impacts on residential housing occupancy. Our architects are glad to attend this meeting to keep up on the new saftey features our state requires to ensure all of our clients have top quality work.

Environmental Issues

JHAI has a commitment to the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of any project  and is at the forefront of our thoughts. We study building product environmental effects and work toward specifying less toxic building materials. We consider the materials origin, production and installation prior to their selection, and in relation to the budget and building program.
