Mangel Residence
The guesthouse that was to added to this Simi Valley property would serve as a pool cabana and future living quarters for an elderly family member. The single-story design is 1,200 square feet and matches the look of the existing house, to which it is connected via a covered breezeway. It included a large living / cabana room with a fireplace and wet bar, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
